University-Enterprise Visit Launches New Cooperation Chapter

On January 26, 2026, Donghua Chen , Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Energy at Chengdu University of Technology, led a delegation including Ya Tu (Head of Student Affairs Office) and Chuanhu Zhou (Master's Graduate Counselor) to visit DeepFast for inspection and exchange. Liang Zhang (General Manager), along with Heng Li(Vice General Manager), Yiyuan Zhang(Vice General Manager), and Hongji Zhou (Vice General Manager), warmly received the guests.

This exchange aimed to deepen university-enterprise cooperation, explore new paths for industry-university-research integration, and build a platform for talent cultivation and technological innovation. At the symposium, General Manager Liang Zhang warmly welcomed the College delegation, detailed DeepFast’s development history, technical strengths, and core products, stressed its consistent emphasis on university research collaboration, and looked forward to opening a new cooperation chapter. Vice Secretary Donghua Chen systematically introduced the College of Energy’s discipline construction, program setup, and talent cultivation direction, highlighting its advantages in oil/gas geology and unconventional energy development, as well as research strength backed by the State Key Laboratory of Oil and Gas Reservoir Geology and Development Engineering.

Both sides had in-depth discussions on industry-university-research collaborative innovation and talent cultivation. Vice Secretary Donghua Chen stated that through the field visit, the College of Energy (Chengdu University of Technology) gained a more intuitive understanding of DeepFast’s technical strength and development needs, providing key reference for optimizing its talent cultivation program. He hoped to promote all-round cooperation between experts/professors and DeepFast while formally inviting DeepFast’s team to revisit the college.

As a key outcome, both sides reached cooperation agreements: Vice Secretary Donghua Chen invited DeepFast to join the College of Energy’s 2026 spring recruitment to expand graduate employment channels; General Manager Liang Zhang responded positively, promising to participate in campus recruitment and proposing co-building an internship base for joint cultivation of applied talents.

This exchange laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation, with both agreeing to draft specific implementation plans promptly. In the future, through close collaboration, they will align technological innovation with industrial needs, cultivate high-quality energy talents, and drive sectoral progress and upgrading.
