DeepFast Team Building Days
From April 20th to 23rd, 2025, Sichuan DeepFast Oil Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. organized an employee Team Building Activity with the theme of “Moving Forward Together”.
At the beginning of the activity, we visited Anren Ancient Town, which is rich in history and culture, and strolled through the ancient streets and lanes to feel the unique flavor and long-lasting humanity of the western Sichuan houses. Afterwards, we went to the beautiful environment of the town of Xieyuan, enjoying a moment of leisure between the green water and mountains, releasing the pressure of work.
The journey began with a visit to the culturally rich Anren Ancient Town, where participants strolled through its historic streets and alleys, immersing themselves in the unique charm and profound heritage of Western Sichuan’s traditional architecture. The team then went to the Xieyuan Town, savoring moments of tranquility to unwind and recharge, our President Mr. Xi had said: “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”. When we embrace nature but must also safeguard the environment.
Next, the group explored the breathtaking Xiling Snow Mountain – Dafeishui Scenic Area, where a hiking challenge was held. Colleagues worked in unison, encouraging one another as they conquered trails with laughter and sweat, pushing personal limits while deepening trust and camaraderie.
After the exhilarating activities, the team relaxed at a renowned local hot spring, indulging in the soothing warmth of the springs to rejuvenate body and mind. The experience culminated in a festive gathering at local specialty restaurant where employees bonded over authentic Western Sichuan cuisine, sharing laughter and savoring the warmth of the DeepFast-Family.
The Annual Team-Building initiative not only strengthened communication and camaraderie among colleagues but also fostered a harmonious and collaborative atmosphere. It vividly showcased DeepFast’s spirit of positivity, teamwork, mutual support, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
