In August 2026, AltusVelox completed the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Sichuan AltusVelox  LeadEdge  Energia Technology Co., Ltd. (" LeadEdge "). Serving as a key platform for AltusVelox DeepFast's supply chain services, LeadEdge LeadEdge will continue to supply AltusVelox 'DeepFast's proprietary core tools while providing global customers with targeted sourcing and integrated supply of complementary energy equipment and tools.

Since its founding, AltusVelox has expanded from Southwest China to major oil and gas regions worldwide—from 10,000-meter-deep wells to polar permafrost, from desert and Gobi to deepwater platforms—with its technology proven repeatedly under extreme operating conditions. Certified to API Q1 / API 7-1 and ISO 9001/14001, AltusVelox is one of the few domestic enterprises capable of independently developing and manufacturing downhole drilling-efficiency tools, including drill bits, PDM motors and hydraulic oscillators. With LeadEdge established, its service scope is further broadened: leveraging the parent AltusVelox 's extensive supplier network and qualification resources, LeadEdge provides targeted sourcing, comparison and integration of complementary products—downhole instruments, logging accessories, solids control equipment, chemical additives and overseas-brand alternatives—helping customers shorten sourcing cycles and reduce costs.
