Sichuan deepfast provided integrated speed-up service of downhole motor + PDC bit for Sinopec Zhongyuan Engineering Company's drilling operation in Weiyuan, Sichuan. During the operation, the motor and bit performed efficiently. The technicians from deepfast relied on years on-site service experience, winning praise from operator. Before operation, refer to drilling parameter requirement from operator, we chose to provide the operator with 8.5 ", 7/8 lobes, 5 stages, fixed bend downhole motor. During the drilling process, we were equipped downhole motor with PDC bit independently designed and manufactured by deepfast . The tools worked very well during drilling without any failure. The operation was successfully completed in two trips, with a cumulative footage of 2,776m and an average ROP 11.87 m/h.Compared with the average ROP of adjacent Wells, it was 29% higher and the cost of three trips was also saved.
