DeepFast Successfully Hosts International Lean Management & Market Strategy Training

From 25th to 27th June , DeepFast leveraged internal and external resources to conduct a series of training programs. An internationally renowned consulting team delivered intensive sessions for core departments including Production, Maintenance, and Marketing, with leadership attending throughout to guide capability-building efforts. Simultaneously, key staff from Domestic Sales Department and International Business Department attended Sinopec and CNPC bidding training on 25th–26th June.

The in-house program focused on practical empowerment, with international consultants addressing lean management principles, production process optimization, and waste control to strengthen cost efficiency. The marketing module covered industry trend analysis, market positioning, and value proposition refinement through scenario-based simulations, accelerating the shift from theory to practice.

External training aligned closely with industry standards. Participants gained up-to-date knowledge of central enterprise bidding policies, evaluation rules, and tender preparation, mastering key skills and risk controls for major client projects—laying a solid foundation for expanding core markets.

Post-training integration ensured that insights from external programs were shared internally, creating synergy between both streams. DeepFast leadership emphasized that this initiative deepens the integration of lean culture with market strategy, connects the "Production–Market–Customer" value chain, and strengthens front-end business capabilities. Moving forward, outcomes will be translated into management standards and operational workflows, supported by regular reviews and cross-department collaboration to enhance competitiveness and reinforce our commitment to the energy sector.
