Sichuan DeepFast Oil Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. held a meeting to commence another stage of its business evolution through holding a kick-off for the implementation of the Yonyou U8 ERP upgrade project. As the new course of action involves so much determination and innovation in meeting the current demands of the world. The digital transformation of enterprises has achieved the “four” essential things - operationalization of businesses, focus and creation of a digital platform, intelligence of the platform and platform-centric management.

At the kick off, the management team presented some insights as to the execution of ERP system in the organization. Since the paradigm shift which comes with incorporation of information technology comes to be understood as the way to go for enterprises, implementing ERP system has come to be seen as a strategy to enhance productivity, use available resources effectively and improve competitive edge. In the course of implementing “Yonyou U8” ERP system, the company will make information available to and coherent between all the concerned departments, eliminate the information void and increase the effectiveness in the performance of the whole organization.

The company calls all employees in particular:

- Undertake to research the given issue and in the process provide constructive criticism.

- Remain flexible and have the courage to change and learn new things.

- Improve the relations among departments with a view to facilitating the movement of information in the organization.

- Use the program and give feedback on how the problem was the reason, and participate in the bettering of program execution.
