DeepFast Holds Special Legal Training on Contract Risk

To enhance standardization of contract management and strengthen all employees' awareness of legal risk prevention, DeepFast successfully held a special legal training on contract risk on 9th April. In this opening speech, Mr. Liang Zhang, General Manager of DeepFast, emphasized the importance of lawful and compliant operations for DeepFast’s steady development, urging all staff to take this training as an opportunity to integrate risk prevention into both mindset and practice.

The training featured Ms. Dan Li, DeepFast’s standing legal counsel, as keynote speaker. Drawing on rich practical cases and DeepFast’s industry context, she focused on full-lifecycle contract management. She systematically explained key points of due diligence before signing, deeply analyzed risk identification and response strategies for core clauses, and highlighted systematic management and retention techniques for evidence chains during performance. The content was closely aligned with business realities-highly targeted and practical.
