DeepFast Steel Body PDC Bit Set ROP Records while Drilling in Sichuan Province, China

OVERVIEW

The formation of Sichuan is medium-hard but abrasive, Improve ROP is the key point for the operation, Chuanqing West Drilling Company carried out PDC tests in Si005-X5 and Si005-X6 wells for 12-1/4” interval. DeepFast designed the Steel Body PDC Bit (12-1/4” DFS1905U) for the project.
